This decision is part of our ongoing efforts to provide customers with greater flexibility and control over their billing matters, and to promote more sustainable practices.
We encourage you to enroll in the UPS Billing Centre by December 13, 2024. Doing so will automatically opt you out of receiving paper invoices in the future.

Effective October 27, 2024, a Paper Commercial Invoice Surcharge of HKD $78.00 will be implemented.

In view of the above, we strongly encourage you to start using UPS Paperless® Invoice when shipping with us.

Effective September 30, 2024, a Shipping Charge Correction Audit Fee will be implemented across all International Small Package services.

Please note that this fee will only apply if the actual billed freight charge is more than 25% of the freight charge at the point of shippers creating the shipment. We strongly encourage shippers to provide accurate package dimensions (L x W x H) when creating a shipment. This fee will not apply to accessorials, including fuel surcharge.
