Effective 27 October 2024, a Paper Commercial Invoice Surcharge of THB $346.00 will be implemented.
This will be applied to UPS account holders who have provided only Commercial Invoices in the form of hard copy paper. The surcharge will be billed1 to the Shipper in a separate invoice if no digital customs data is received by UPS.
In view of the above, we strongly encourage you to start using UPS Paperless® Invoice when shipping with us.

1The Paper Commercial Invoice Surcharge will not be incurred for shipments where UPS Paperless® Invoice is not applicable in either the origin or destination of the shipment.
Effective 30 September 2024, a Shipping Charge Correction Audit Fee will be implemented across all International Small Package services.
The fee will be THB 55.00 per shipment or 8% of the total amount of shipping charge corrections resulting from discrepancies in billed weight, whichever is greater.
Please note that this fee will only apply if the actual billed freight charge is more than 25% of the freight charge at the point of shippers creating the shipment. We strongly encourage shippers to provide accurate package dimensions (L x W x H) when creating a shipment. This fee will not apply to accessorials, including fuel surcharge.
