Registered users of My UPS can report a package problem online, request an investigation, and obtain up-to-date status reports and e-mails throughout the investigation process.
The UPS.com Claims service allows you to:
- Report a lost or damaged package, or an uncollected C.O.D. online
- Instantly request investigation into a package problem
- Electronically submit documentation to support a claim
- View the current status of a reported problem or a specific package claim
- Request status e-mails or review your claims history online

| Lost Packages |
| Request a search to locate your package from the convenience of your computer. Lost packages can be reported by a package shipper or recipient. If the package cannot be found, the shipper can file a claim for the cost of the package contents, up to the declared value. |

| Damaged Packages |
| Report a package that was damaged in transit and check the status of your claim on UPS.com. Damage to a package can be reported by a shipper, recipient, or to a shipper by UPS. A damage inspection will be carried out if necessary by UPS. The shipper of record will be contacted with the results of the inspection. The shipper can file a claim for the lesser of the repair or replacement cost of the package contents, up to the declared value. |

| Uncollected C.O.D. |
| If you are a shipper who requested C.O.D. service and your C.O.D. payment was not collected, report it for further investigation. UPS will attempt to collect the C.O.D. payment again. |
