Daily Rates

Daily rates will apply if you have a scheduled UPS pickup, or have a UPS contract that provides you with daily rates.

Retail rates will apply if you ship from a UPS location, don’t have a payment account or scheduled pickup service with UPS, or you ship infrequently using a payment card.

Credit Card Surcharge Information

UPS will add a surcharge of 2% of the total amount paid on an invoice to invoices paid by credit card ("Credit Card Surcharge"). The Credit Card Surcharge will appear on the next invoice following the invoice paid by credit card. The surcharge is not applicable to ACH or debit card payments. The Credit Card Surcharge currently does not apply to accounts based in the following jurisdictions as reflected in UPS account information: Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New York, Puerto Rico, and Oklahoma.
