Arrange for UPS to create and deliver a return shipping label to your customer and collect the item for return on the following business day.

Pickup Options
|
- 1 UPS Pickup Attempt: UPS will make one attempt to pick up your package. If the package cannot be collected, UPS will leave the return label at the pickup location.
- 3 UPS Pickup Attempts: UPS will attempt to pick up your package for three consecutive business days. After the third attempt, the return label will be returned to UPS.
Note: UPS Returns Services may not be available to or from all locations.
When you select 3 UPS Pickup Attempts for U.S. destination shipments, you will also receive UPS Voice NotificationSM at no additional cost. If you have provided the original recipient's telephone number, then UPS will automatically call the recipient to advise when the return shipment will be collected. The original recipient is then able to return the shipment at the first attempt, speeding the returns process.
