How to Return a Parcel

You can return a parcel in a few easy steps. We’ll walk you through the process.

Don’t Have a Return Label? No Problem.

If your shipper didn’t include a label, you’ll need to create one.

It’s easy to create a shipping label online. We’ll guide you through every step of the process.

Prepare Your Parcel

Pack up your return in a sturdy and undamaged box.

If you’re recycling a box, remove all old labels and barcodes.
Seal your box with plastic or nylon tape at least two inches wide. Don’t use duct tape.
Wrap items separately with tags, packaging materials and cushioning.
Keep in mind, there are additional rules for special-care and prohibited items.
You’ll need to know the dimensions and weight of your box.

Weigh yourself while holding the parcel, and then weigh yourself alone. Subtract one from the other.
