How to Void a UPS.com Shipment

Within 90 days of creating your shipping label on UPS.com, you can void your shipment. Shipments can only be voided if they were created or billed using a UPS shipping account number.

Keep in Mind

If more than 90 days have passed since you created your label, you must contact UPS to request a void. A void will not be processed after 180 days.

The account number associated with the package you want to void must be an account in your UPS.com profile. Where applicable, packages that are created using a payment card such as a debit or credit card are not eligible for voiding through the Void a Shipment tool. (The tracking numbers for these packages will have a ''T'' or ''G'' in the first eight characters.) Under these conditions, please contact UPS.
