For example the surcharge for the week of February 5, 2024 is based on the Retail Diesel Price for the week of January 22, 2024.

Fuel Surcharge percentages and thresholds are subject to change without prior notice. If the Fuel Surcharge rises above 19.50% or there are changes to the thresholds, the above table will be updated.
