You can have your shipment picked up from your home or office by scheduling your collection online at the link below or by calling +49 (0) 69 66 40 50 60 (local charges apply).

UPS will collect all parcels with a single collection request; you’ll only be charged one collection fee per request.

FYI:

ID verification is now required for international air shipments picked up from residential addresses. UPS drivers will verify that the person handing over the shipment presents a valid, government-issued photo ID (e.g., passport, driver’s license).
If the ID is not presented or appears invalid, the shipment cannot be accepted.

This option is best for customers who need a one-off collection.

Available for most addresses in Germany.
Schedule a collection for the same day or a future date.
If you’re travelling, you can request a collection from an alternative location.
An Extended Area Surcharge will apply for collections designated by UPS as remote.
