Mandatory information according to §33 of the Postal Act
UPS Germany publishes information on complaints of the previous year in accordance with the amendments to the Postal Act that came into force in July 2024.
In the second half of 2024, 0.0001% of postal items transported in Germany received complaints within the meaning of Section 33 (2) PostG.
22.44% of these related to questions of payment processing, 30.77% to claims from loss, theft, damage and 46.79% to service aspects.
