1. Open Your Dashboard

If you have an account, log in to your UPS My Choice dashboard.

2. Select Your Parcel

Click on “Change My Delivery.” If you don’t see it the shipper has restricted this option*.

3. Follow the Prompts

Reroute your parcel to a different location or change the delivery date.

Can I Put a Hold on My UPS Deliveries?

You can use UPS My Choice to request a hold on your deliveries in a few different ways:

  • We can hold onto your parcel and deliver it once you're back in town.
  • You can request we leave your parcel with a neighbor.
  • We can reroute your parcel to another address, in certain cases.
  • You can request we hold onto your parcel for you to pick up at a UPS location.

I’m not getting an option to change my delivery. Why?
Some shippers restrict the ability to change your delivery.

I missed the delivery of my parcel and got a notice instead. How do I change my delivery?

If you missed a delivery, you received a UPS Delivery Notice letting you know that your driver was unable to deliver your parcel. Scan the Delivery Notice to track it and find the nearby UPS Access Point location where it was delivered.

This does not apply to "Adult Signature Required" deliveries. An adult must sign for these parcels at the time of delivery.

You can also use your UPS Delivery Notice number online to request a hold on eligible parcels. In addition, UPS My Choice members can use the Delivery Planner to request a hold.

Do I need to enroll in My Choice after I create an account?

Becoming a UPS My Choice member is free and gives you greater control over when and where your shipments will be delivered. Members have the option to have deliveries brought to a different address, be delivered on a different day or pick up deliveries at a UPS location, as well as tell your UPS driver where to leave parcels when you aren't home.

How can I indicate my special accommodation and disability needs?

You can provide your special accommodation and disability instructions by clicking ‘Change delivery’ on your delivery status email notification. Following that, please select ‘Provide access', “leave at instructions” or special accommodations. Once special accommodations slider is set to yes, you can enter additional delivery instructions. ‘Knock louder and need more time’ will be set as default instructions and you can edit them in the text box.

If you haven’t received an email notification, you can register for UPS My Choice and indicate your needs through the portal.
