Clear a Customs Hold

In the event that an item you are shipping or receiving is delayed by customs, the process for clearing the item does not have to be painful. UPS Customer Information Exchange (UCIX) is a safe and secure online portal that lets you easily submit required information or documentation to clear customs and avoid delays.

If UPS brokerage finds that your shipment requires additional information in order to clear customs, we will contact you via email or text to provide this information through the UCIX portal.
