You can have your shipment collected from your home or office by scheduling your collection online at the link below or by calling 900-10-24-10. If you are outside Spain, call +34-91-745-64-00.

UPS will collect all parcels with a single collection request; you will not be charged additional collection fees per parcel.

Here Are the Details

This option is best for customers who need a one-time collection.

Available for most addresses in Spain
Schedule a collection for the same day or a future date.
If you are travelling, you can request a collection at an alternate location.
If the collection happens at a residential location, a Residential Surcharge will be added.
An Extended Area Surcharge will apply for collections designated by UPS as remote.
