Can I choose the time of day I want my parcel delivered?
The exact time cannot be chosen, but if you are a UPS My Choice member, you will receive a 4-hour delivery window estimate.

How can I see my past and incoming parcels?

All UPS My Choice members can see UPS parcels from the past four months, as well as parcels scheduled for delivery, in a convenient calendar view.

If you have more than one address associated with your membership, the calendar will show deliveries going to those addresses as well.

You can add addresses to your membership at any time in your UPS My Choice preferences.

Can you hold my parcels while I’m away?

Yes, if you’re a UPS My Choice member, UPS Access Point locations can hold your package for up to seven calendar days at no additional charge. Customer centres can hold your parcel for up to five working days.

If it’s more convenient, you can also leave your parcel with a neighbour, or in some instances, send to another address. All of these arrangements can be made from UPS My Choice delivery notifications or your Delivery Planner. Depending on the final location, transportation fees may apply.

Will I need to authenticate my UPS My Choice enrolment with an activation code?

If you’re required to authenticate your enrolment with your email, you may be required to do so with a UPS My Choice Activation Code. If so, a welcome letter will be sent to you by way of the postal mail service approximately 7-14 days from the day you initially enrol. Your activation code will not be valid after 45 days from the date on the letter.

An activation code is needed to verify a new membership. A UPS My Choice welcome letter is sent to the registered address of the new member. Once a membership is verified, the user has access to all available My Choice features. The delivery change option request “Delivery to Another Address” is not available if a membership is not fully authenticated.

As a new UPS My Choice member, you will be prompted to authenticate your membership by entering the activation code after you log in. A UPS My Choice Activation Code box will appear. You must select your country and enter the activation code that appears on your UPS My Choice welcome letter.
