How To Schedule a One-Time Collection

You can have your shipment picked up from your home or office by scheduling your pickup online at the link below or by calling 0821 233 877 (0,12€/min + prix appel). If you are outside of France, call +33 1 73 00 66 61.

UPS will collect all parcels with a single collection request; you will not be charged additional collection fees per parcel.

FYI:

ID verification is now required for international air shipments picked up from residential addresses. UPS drivers will verify that the person handing over the shipment presents a valid, government-issued photo ID (e.g., passport, driver’s license).
If the ID is not presented or appears invalid, the shipment cannot be accepted.

This option is best for customers who need a one-time collection.

Available for most addresses in France.
Schedule a collection for the same day or a future date.
If you are travelling, you can request a collection at an alternate location.
An Extended Area Surcharge will apply for collections designated by UPS as remote.
