You can have your shipment collected from your home or office by scheduling your collection online at the link below or by calling 02 30 30 30 39 or 800 877 877.

UPS will collect all parcels with a single collection request; you will not be charged additional collection fees per parcel.

FYI:

ID verification is now required for international air shipments picked up from residential addresses. UPS drivers will verify that the person handing over the shipment presents a valid, government-issued photo ID (e.g., passport, driver’s license).
If the ID is not presented or appears invalid, the shipment cannot be accepted.

This option is best for customers who need a one-time collection.

Available for most addresses in Italy
Schedule a collection for the same day or a future date.
If you are travelling, you can request a collection at an alternate location.
An Extended Area Surcharge will apply for collections designated by UPS as remote.
