Severe weather, natural disasters, and other conditions beyond our control can occasionally disrupt our services. If there is an active service disruption, it will appear below.
Summary: Weather Impacts in Southeast Spain
Due to extreme weather conditions in the Valencia region, UPS operations have been affected. We are actively working though significant backlog and are taking appropriate measures to mitigate service issues. In addition, pick-up and deliveries remain suspended in the impacted area. In the rest of Spain, delays in pick-up and deliveries are expected.
We will work to ensure the safety of our employees while minimizing the continued effects on service, which are beyond UPS’s reasonable control. Contingency plans are in place to help ensure that shipments arrive at their final destinations as quickly as possible.
