The UPS Money Back Guarantee was temporarily suspended for all shipments from any origin to any destination from March 26, 2020, however we have now reinstated it for our European customers. Please see below for more informaton.
Effective April 5, 2021, the UPS Money Back Guarantee was reinstated for the following Worldwide Express services:
- UPS Worldwide Express Plus®
- UPS Worldwide Express®
- UPS Worldwide Express Saver®
- UPS Worldwide Express Freight® Midday
- UPS Worldwide Express Freight®
- UPS Worldwide Express NA1®
Effective May 10, 2021, the UPS Money Back Guarantee was reinstated in Europe for the following Domestic and Transborder Express services:
- UPS Express Plus
- UPS Express
- UPS Express Saver
Effective September 1, 2021, UPS Money Back Guarantee for Domestic Standard shipments in the UK is reinstated.
