Options for Changing Your Delivery

See what options you have to make changes to the delivery on your package so we can deliver it when and where you need it.

Here’s How You Do It

You can reroute or reschedule packages* online when you create a UPS.com profile and enable UPS My Choice®.

1. Open Your Dashboard

If you have an account, log in to UPS.com and open your My Choice dashboard.

2. Select Your Package

Click on “Delivery Options.” If you don’t see “Delivery Options,” the shipper has restricted this option.

3. Follow the Prompts

Reroute your package to a different location or change the delivery date.

I Won’t Be Home. Can I Put a Hold on My Deliveries?

When you sign into UPS.com, you can use UPS My Choice to request a hold on your deliveries in a few different ways:

  • We can hold onto your package and deliver it once you're back.
  • You can request that we leave your package with a neighbor.
  • We can reroute your package to another address, in certain cases.
  • You can request we hold onto your package for you to collect from a UPS location.
