Can I choose the time of day I want my package delivered?
The exact time cannot be chosen, but if you are a UPS My Choice member, you will recieve a 4-hour delivery window estimate.

How can I see my past and incoming packages?

All UPS My Choice members can see UPS packages from the past four months, as well as packages scheduled for delivery, in a convenient calendar view.

If you have more than one address associated with your membership, the calendar will show deliveries going to those addresses as well.

You can add addresses to your membership at any time in your UPS My Choice preferences.

Can you hold my packages while I’m away?

Yes, if you’re a UPS My Choice member, UPS Access Point locations can hold your package for up to ten calendar days at no additional charge. Customer centers can hold your package for up to five business days.

If it’s more convenient, you can also leave your package with a neighbor or, in some instances, send to another address. All of these arrangements can be made from UPS My Choice delivery notifications or your Delivery Planner. Depending on final location, transportation fees may apply.
