Paperless Returns Changes
Certain Microsoft® Edge web browser settings will prevent WorldShip links from opening correctly when using Windows 11. If using Windows 11, ensure that your Default Browser setting "Let Internet Explorer open sites in Microsoft Edge" is set to "Incompatible sites only" so links from WorldShip continue to work as intended. If you experience issues and notice the default setting is set to "Always", open Edge and change the setting back to "Incompatible".
To stay up-to-date with the latest rate and service data elements from UPS, it is encouraged to keep your WorldShip application upgraded to the latest version. When using a version of WorldShip other than the current year’s release, it is good to be aware of UPS’ data object distribution policy:
