  • Log in to your UPS account at the link below.
  • Click on the circle with your first initial in it in the top-right corner of your screen, then select "Accounts and Payment".
  • Select the three dots in the "Actions" column and click "View Account Details."
  • Expand the "Pickup Options" bar. Choose when you'd like your driver to come. You need to have a weekday pickup in order to request a Saturday pickup, too.

Are there additional fees for weekend delivery?
For ground residential delivery packages, there are no additional fees. For Saturday ground commercial delivery packages, there is a $4 per package fee. There’s no delivery charge if a customer enrolls in commercial delivery services with a scheduled Saturday pickup.

What if my customer isn’t home at the time of delivery on the weekend?
In many areas, UPS will simply leave the shipment on your doorstep. Customers always have the option of registering for UPS MyChoice® which allows them to select customized delivery days and times to ensure they will be available when their package arrives.
