Retailers using the Return Bar® initiate refunds instantly. However, the refunded amount may take up to seven business days to reflect in your account, depending on your financial institution. For more information, please contact the merchant from which you purchased the items.
How can I change my return drop-off method?
To change your drop-off method, simply refer to the “Return Started” email you received from Happy Returns. Within this email, you’ll find an option to modify your drop-off method. Follow the prompts to select a different location or return option that better suits your needs.
What do I need to bring with me to make a return?
Just bring your item(s) and the QR code sent to your email. No need for packaging or a label. If you haven’t received your QR code, please check your spam folder.
