Roadie's tracking number is always a 16-digit combination of numbers and lowercase letters. If you received a tracking number from a business that is in a different format from Roadie's tracking number, you will not be able to utilize that tracking number at track.roadie.com and instead will need to contact the sender to obtain tracking information.
