On the Detail tab, UPS WorldShip displays the shipment weight (actual and billable) and the shipment cost. You can ship packages weighing up to 150 pounds.
UPS service type, weight, and dimensions affect the shipping cost as follows:
Note: Refer to the UPS Rate and Service Guide for current Large Package Weight and Measure requirements.
A package is billed by the actual weight unless the package is large or dimensional weight applies.
A package is rated as Large if the weight and dimensions meet certain criteria.
A Ground or Standard (Canada) package is rated by dimensional weight if the length, width, and height are greater than one cubic foot (or local equivalent) and that value divided by the dimensional weight divisor is greater than the actual weight.
A package that weighs any weight and measures up to 165 inches (or local equivalent) in dimension, but more than 130 inches (or local equivalent), may be subject to a Large Package Surcharge.
A package that weighs less than 90 pounds (or local equivalent) and measures up to 165 inches (or local equivalent) in dimension, but more than 130 inches (or local equivalent), is shipped at the Large Package Minimum Billable Weight.
On the Detail tab in the Shipping window, supply the following shipment and package details:
The
package
type.

Express) on the Service tab, the Package Size boxes are inactive.
Tip: Your entries appear on both the Detail and Service
tabs, and you can change your entries on either tab.
