The following UPS.com commands may be available on the Home tab in the Shipping window:
Check Smart Pickup Status - Select Pickup Information and then this command to view the latest UPS Smart Pickup status for shippers in the US with a contract for UPS Smart Pickup.
Messaging Center - Select this command to display the WorldShip Message Center page.
Schedule a Pickup - Select Pickup Information and then this command to display the Schedule a Pickup page and schedule the pick up of a shipment.
Thefollowing UPS.com commands may be available on the UPS.com tab in the Shipping and/or Shipment History windows:
Calculate Time and Cost – Select Shipping Assistance and then this command to display the Calculate Time and Cost page and calculate the transit time and cost information for a shipment.
EAD Application – Select International and then this command to display the EAD page and complete the Export Accompanying Document (EAD).
Flex Global View - Select Shipping Assistance and then this command to display the Flex Global View page and then track and manage your Flex Global View shipments.
International Forms Library – Select International and then this command to display the Access International Forms Page and then access and use international forms.
Preference Center – Select this command to edit your UPS.com Preferences to change your Ship From Address and Pickup Plan or enroll for Hazardous Material shipping or Paperless Invoice.
Packaging Guidelines Application - Select Shipping Assistance and then this command to display and use the Packaging Guidelines Application.
Print International Shipper Agreement - Select International and then this command to display the instructions and document for your completion.
Quantum View Manage - Select Shipping Assistance and then this command to display the Quantum View Manage page and manage your shipments.
Schedule a Pickup – Select this command to display the Schedule a Pickup page and schedule the pick up of a shipment.
Search UPS - Type a word or phrase in the box and click the Go button to search UPS.com.
UPS
Address Validation –
Select Shipping Assistance and then this command to display the Validate
an Address page and validate an address.
Note: The UPS Address Validation
Page validates all US 50 and Puerto Rico addresses.
It does not validate any other addresses, including Army Post Office
(APO), Fleet Post Office (FPO), and Diplomatic Post Office (DPO) addresses.
UPS Country or Territory Regulations – Select International and then this command to display the Country or Territory Regulations page and access country-specific facts and regulations that may affect your international shipments.
UPS Electronic Billing - Select Shipping Assistance and then this command to display the UPS Electronic Billing page.
UPS Global Locator- Select to request UPS Access Point™locations that support the UPS Access Pointservices provided in countries where a UPS Access Point network exists.
UPS Home – Select this command to display the UPS Home page, which is your starting point for many UPS features such as the UPS Rate and Service Guide, time and cost calculator, and ordering supplies. Generally, click the title of the service on which you want more information or click an underlined word or phrase.
UPS Mail Innovations Home – Select this command to display the UPS Mail Innovations Home page and access the many features of UPS Mail Innovations.
UPS Mail Innovations Tracking – Select this command to display the UPS Mail Innovations Tracking page and track any UPS Mail Innovations package by package ID.
UPS Tracking – Select this command to display the UPS Tracking page and track any UPS barcoded package. Type the UPS tracking numbers and click the Track button. If you assigned a reference number to your shipment, click Reference Number and type the required information.
UPS TradeAbility International Tools – Select International and then this command to display the UPS TradeAbility International Tools page and use the many TradeAbility features including estimating landed cost, finding harmonized codes, detecting export licenses, screening for denied parties, and checking import compliance.
