You Can Send a Pre-Printed Return Label with the Package
Offer your customers the convenience of a pre-printed return label. You can pre-print return labels for your customers whenever you create your outbound shipping labels, or by clicking the link below.
We Can Email the Return Label Directly to Your Customer
If you select UPS Electronic Return Label, we’ll email your customer a return shipping label and a mobile barcode. They can then print the label at home, attach it to their boxed item and send it back.
Easy Returns? It Doesn’t Get Easier Than This.
With UPS Returns Plus, our drivers will come straight to your customers' doors to collect the return shipment. We’ll create the return label in advance, and the driver will bring it when they collect the shipment. Choose between two options:
One UPS Collection Attempt
We’ll schedule a one-off collection. If your customer isn’t able to hand off the return parcel to us at that time, the driver will leave a return label. Your customer can then take the parcel to any UPS location or request a later collection.
Three UPS Collection Attempts
We’ll attempt to collect the parcel over three working days. After the third attempt, the return label will be sent back to UPS.
