Easy Returns? It Doesn’t Get Easier Than This.
With UPS Returns Plus, our drivers will come straight to your customers' doors to collect the return shipment. We’ll create the return label ahead of time, and the driver will bring it when they collect the shipment. Choose between two options:
One UPS Collection Attempt
We’ll schedule a one-time collection. If your customer isn’t able to hand off the return parcel to us at that time, the driver will leave a return label. Your customer can then take the parcel to any UPS location or request a later collection.
Three UPS Collection Attempts
We’ll attempt to collect the parcel over three business days. After the third attempt, the return label will be sent back to UPS.
