UPS does not accept cash (currency) in any amount for LTL Ground Freight shipment COD parcels. Only a certified cheque or company cheque will be accepted.

UPS Capital must receive the total amount (the UPS Exchange Collect amount plus the buyer's percentage of the service fee) in order to complete delivery to the buyer.
The buyer sends the funds to UPS Capital.
When payment is received, UPS Capital instructs UPS to release the shipment for delivery to the buyer.
Once delivery is verified, UPS Capital deducts the seller's portion of the UPS Exchange Collect service fee from the total amount of the goods collected from the buyer and sends the remaining funds to the seller.
