On the Options tab in the Shipping window, you can specify both shipment-level and package-level options. A shipment-level option applies to all packages in a shipment. A package-level option applies only to a single package in a shipment.

To select an option:
Select a Shipment Options or Package Options check box. Entry fields appropriate to that option appear at the right.
Type the needed information or select the needed options.
Tip: Information does not have to be typed immediately, but must be completed before you can process the shipment.
Repeat Steps 1 and 2 for each additional option.
Tip: To remove an option, clear the check box next to the selected option.
Notes:
Click the Detail Cost button to display the Shipment Detail Cost window, which summarizes the shipping and option costs associated with the shipment. The summary includes the costs to the shipper, consignee, or third party; the total cost of the shipment; and the breakdown of costs between services and options.
If Shipment Entry processing mode is active, the left side of the Options tab shows shipment options only, and WorldShip changes the Additional Handling and Declared Value package options to shipment options. The Number of Packages box does not appear for Additional Handling because WorldShip applies that option to each package in the shipment.
