Summary: Update of delayed postal items
Due to the Management Procedure and Final Disposition of Postal Shipments in a situation of delay dictated by ENACOM, all postal items that have not completed their delivery process for different reasons will be recorded as residual. These postal items with possible delay will be available for a period of two (2) months.
The next closing date for accumulated postal items will be on the 11th of January 2025. If during this period the sender or recipient does not present a request for recovery of the postal item, this will be declared in a state of delay and will be proceeded according to the provisions of ENACOM.
To check if your guide is on the list of delayed postal items, contact 0 800 222 2877 or send an email to custsvcares@ups.com or you can consult the list of delayed postal items.
