Q: Where do I find the latest information on the location of my package?

Q: How late will UPS deliver?

UPS Standard packages are generally delivered at any time on Monday to Friday between 9 a.m. and 7 p.m. (and sometimes later) to residences, and to business addresses during their normal business hours. While standard packages can’t be scheduled to arrive at a specific time, UPS express shipments have guaranteed delivery times that vary by service.

Q: My shipment says ‘Out for Delivery’. What time will I get my package?

Generally, our drivers can deliver as late as 7 p.m. During the festive season, our drivers may deliver even later. If we are unable to deliver a package that shows a status of ‘out for delivery’, we’ll try another delivery on the next business day.

Q: My shipment says it’s been delivered, but I can’t find it. Where is it?

Your driver will try to leave your package out of plain sight to protect it. Check exterior doors or other places where your package could’ve been placed, like the porch, back patio or garage. Also check with anyone who may have picked your package, like a neighbour. If you still can’t find it, contact the seller to start a claim. Learn More About Filing a Claim
