First, Check for an InfoNotice

Looks like our first delivery or collection attempt was unsuccessful. Your driver left a notice to let you know that was their first attempt.

Select the boxes on the notice. They’ll tell you the status of your shipment and if we’re able to try delivering or collecting it again.
