Need Us To Come More Often? Set Up a Regular UPS Pickup
To set up a recurring pickup, you need a UPS account. Don't have an account? Create one here, or learn more about the discounts and features your free account offers.
- Under “My Accounts and Payment Options”, find the account you'd like to schedule with.
- Click under “Actions” and select “View Account Details” then “Pickup Options” and select your option.
- Fill out your preferred pickup times and driver instructions, if applicable. Click “Save.”

A recurring scheduled pickup each business day at a designated pickup time.
Automatic Pickup
A scheduled pickup, only as needed. When you create your first shipment of the day, a pickup is automatically scheduled.
Flexible Daily Pickup
A more economical daily pickup option — every weekday when a driver is in your area.
Choose Your Pickup Day
Pickup on specific days, based on your needs. You can pre-select 1-4 business days to receive a pickup each week.
Saturday Pickup
Saturday pickups. If you add Saturday pickups, you can also request Saturday delivery of your inbound shipments.
One-Time Pickup
Only ship occasionally? You can schedule a same-day or future pickup with a single charge, no matter the number of packages.
